Punch TV Welcomes Michael Bernard Beckwith
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Contact Joseph Collins 562-424-4597
Punch television Network is pleased to announce an important addition to our broadcast family!
Michael Bernard Beckwith has been involved with the medium of broadcast video and was one of the featured teachers in the much acclaimed "The Secret" movie and the bestselling book by the similar name that followed. (The 2006 film consists of a series of interviews related to the idea of thinking -- that everything one wants or needs may be accomplished by believing that one will receive that outcome, repeatedly thinking about it, and maintaining positive emotional states to "attract" it).
And now he'll be featured on a weekly program seen only on Punch TV!
"We are here to change. We are here to grow, develop and unfold. We are progressive beings that have infinite capacity”
As seen in one of the many admired quotes of Michael Bernard Beckwith, he upholds his achievements as a multi awarded humanitarian and envoy of peace, and is a man with an awesome world vision of a unified human family, personal development and non-sectarian spiritual growth for every man, woman, and child.
In the 1970’s Michael began his inward journey into the teachings of East and West, and today teaches universal truth principles found in the New Thought-Ancient Wisdom tradition of spirituality.
Now, thousands gather weekly to receive inspiration from Dr. Beckwith at the Agape International Spiritual Center in Culver City, California, and are devoted to various outreach programs to support Michael Beckwith's vision to feed the homeless, serve incarcerated individuals and their families, advocate the preservation of the planet's environmental resources, and globally build and support orphanages whose children have survived the ravages of war and AIDS.
As a proponent of the quest for world peace, Dr. Beckwith has collaborated with such luminaries as Arun Gandhi, grandson of Mohandas K. Gandhi, promoting and teaching the principles of nonviolence embodied by Mahatma Gandhi and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Their organization, A Season for Nonviolence, is endorsed by UNESCO on behalf of its Culture of Peace and Nonviolence Appeal by Nobel Peace laureates, and supported, among others, by such people as Coretta Scott King, and Dr. Robert Muller.

Punch TV Network Goes Live on Galaxy 19
Rather than complaining each season regarding a perceived failure of mainstream television producers to produce diverse programming, Punch TV was born as an entertainment island that displays the racial/ethnic, age, gender, socioeconomic, religious, and other forms of diversity of America. With 70% original programs, Punch TV has introduced a broad array of absolutely unique programming. Dramas such as the series, Port City Police Department, are reminiscent of current detective shows such as Criminal Minds. The musical drama, Get Thee Behind Me, is a synthesis of the Sopranos, Glee and Touched by an Angel. The Hollywood Punch Report is reminiscent of E!News. The suspense drama, If By Chance, is like nothing you’ve ever seen. Even more exciting, original music and original novels accompany many of these shows.
Punch TV began airing nationwide on Wednesday, October 20, 2011 in selected cities. If viewers are unable to find Punch TV, they should call their local cable or satellite carriers and demand them to carry Punch Television Network. For further information contact: Joseph Collins 562-424-4597
Punch TV The New Urban Television Network Begins Airing
Los Angeles, CA – The sounds of authentic gaiety float from coast-to-coast each year from October to January, touching minds, soothing spirits, and generating hope that the woes of the past year will be transformed into joy during the new time era. In this regard, it is appropriate that Punch TV selected Wednesday, October 20, 2011 as its time of birth. A project that has been in pre-production for approximately 2½ years, Punch TV is symbolic of the melting pot, the blending, the mixture of flavors that is synonymous with life in the United States. Utilizing the theme, “Are you thirsty yet?” Punch TV, the brainchild of entrepreneur Joseph Collins, President and CEO, was conceived as an entertainment entity that blends the many flavors of Americans into a set of multicultural, multiethnic dramas, comedies, talk shows, reality shows, newscasts, and other genres of television entertainment.
